We are recruiting 6 graduate students (MSc/PhD) to work on important problems in
inorganic materials, battery chemistry, and machine learning–driven materials discovery.
Research Areas include:
- Experimental inorganic material design
- Machine learning for material prediction and discovery Development and testing of active battery materials
- Scaling of battery material synthesis
- Advanced material characterization
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials engineering, or adjacent subject
- Strong English language proficiency
- Competitive GPA. International students require a minimum GPA of 3.75/4.5 (conversion instructions)
- Curiosity in materials sciences
- Prior experience working in a research laboratory (undergraduate research project, summer research, student research assistantships and similar)
- Prior research experience in materials chemistry is an asset but not mandatory
